I appreciate the assistance I received from the support team in recommending a size for me as a half-sizer. Unfortunately, the bigger size didn’t quite work out—I had to use an insole to get a proper fit. What really didn’t sit well with me, though, was the delivery turnaround time. It took much longer than expected and required multiple follow-ups and back-and-forth communication just to get the shoes delivered. While I value the quality of the product, this experience has made me hesitant about future online purchases. I hope improvements can be made on logistics and fulfillment moving forward.
